Now that our 6 -month wait for flooring we thought might work apparently isnt happening (or we have to wait indefinitely), Im still thinking about just trying North Shore Oak again with the repeat reversals. I dont see an increase the amount of holes. 2) Also wanting to hear from people about whether or not they have LVP that has the haze/footprint issue or the clothes shredding issue or the bevel paint issue or the dumb pattern repeat issue. Maybe because our floor is light that I don't see as much dirt, marks, or issues as I would if it were dark floors? I have a builder using it in some new waterfront homes in the area, it looks good, the planks are smaller than what i'd like to see though, they are actually so busy that its hard to spot the pattern repeats, unless you look for them, then you can, and really, since I've learned about pattern repeats a ways back, I have yet to find a vinyl where I cannot. So to make it matte you need tiny breaks and pits in the finish that deflect or diffuse the reflection. What cleaning product do you use on these to avoid hazing? They all say theyve never heard of it except apparently now Coretec has because they are actually replacing some of the worst of it because of people peoples complaints about excessive abrasiveness (though Id like to know replacing it with what?!).
